My agency provides parents and children with a bespoke online tutoring service that offers more than just academic success. Me and my team have a wealth of experience to help your child achieve their best in Maths, English and Science: from helping children with SEN pass their GCSEs to helping children get into the ‘top’ grammar and private schools.. We specialise in those children of all ages who want to feel confident in Maths and English. As an experienced exam marker, I am well equipped to help with exams, including SATS, 11+ Common Entrance and GCSE. Annie Holmes Tutoring is here to help you and your child ensure they have the best start in life possible. Our online educational platform means that wherever you live, your child can get help to achieve their best results meaning you do not need to worry anymore. We teach Maths, English and Science from primary school age up to GCSE.
With years of experience teaching in private, state and special schools, I have always been driven by helping a child grow in confidence and courage; helping them discover their strengths; and supporting them in achieving what it is they want. One-to-one or in small groups is the most valuable and effective way of doing this and, as a teacher, it is incredibly rewarding.

I love working with children; I have got schools sussed; my teaching methods are bang up-to-date and effective; I 'get' all the assessment data; and I certainly know how to deal with everything that goes on in the playground or at the school gates. Most of all, I’ve listened to thousands of parents talk about their child: their concerns, their hopes, their quest for understanding. I understand the importance of qualities such as being engaging, enthusiastic, extremely caring and down to earth; my ethos is to use my knowledge and experience to give confidence to children in the classroom and beyond in order to achieve the results they need. I ensure that your child gets the best from their education and their childhood by offering a full 360 degree approach to tutoring, encompassing an academic approach along with life coaching and mentoring. I am much more than just a tutor: I get the whole child learning; delivering the core subjects of Maths and English as well as helping to develop self-esteem, organisational skills and social skills.
Online tuition is easy and embraces the technology your child loves so we can bring educational advice and support to both you and your child wherever you are. We use a professional educational online platform to connect and deliver personalised tuition (not Zoom!).
